Don't miss this annual event featuring more than 30 exceptional chefs, vintners and brewmasters from the finest restaurants in Madison, Baraboo, Prairie du Sac and the Wisconsin Dells. Taste signature culinary innovations, and sample a refreshing array of beverages. Sensational silent auction packages feature fine art, jewelry, the latest electronics, vacation packages and rare photographic prints from Circus World's priceless collection of glass-plate negatives. The coveted Silver Tray Award will be presented to culinary experts in five categories followed by a sensational live auction. The evening features live jazz music and a martini bar — all topped by an outstanding circus performance featuring the best of the big top.
