Reservations, Cost, Refreshments

  • Reservations

    Reservations can be made by phone. Call 608-356-8341 to place or confirm your reservation.

    Cost

    Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card when you arrive at the museum for your field trip. Students may bring additional money to cover the cost of rides, snacks and souvenirs.

    Chaperones

    At least one chaperone is required for every 10 students. (A chaperone is an adult over 21.) We offer one free chaperone admission to every six paid students to ensure that groups are properly supervised.

    Lunch

    You may purchase lunch on the grounds from the Cookhouse Grill or we also offer a special school lunch. Call 608-356-8341 for more information and reservations. You may bring your own sack lunches, however we have limited lunch storage for groups visiting the museum and suggest that all lunches are stored on your bus until mealtime. Re-entry stamps are available.
